Hell yea.
Still, if I can shell out $449.95 for this bad boy... Well, technically I can but is it worth the money, given how I already have a digi camera?? Haha, we all have to indulge in our materialistic sides once in awhile. Nevertheless, I do need to minimize the damage cuz Decemeber alone almost gave my wallet a heart attack... Very bad.
Anyways, this very eventful week is finally over!! You have no idea how happy I am right now. Again, it's been such a busy busy BUSY week with me switching jobs and then suddenly realizing I actually have a "real" job as opposed to just having a relaxing one where you can goof off like Banana Republic.
On another note, my coworkers are really a bunch of nice, motherly people who are at least in their 40's. Yea, you can imagine how weird it is for me being 22... But there is another girl who's 26 and I get along with her the best. Ya know, the whole young people thing. Altho, my manager is way too motherly to the point that I almost can't stand her. Ever since I started working in the lab, she's been checking up on me to see how I'm doing. And even tho this is very nice of her but she does so in this excessive motherly way like coming up to my workstation every half an hour to see if I'm ok... Gosh. I'm not THAT young as I look. I know my shit around here. In fact, she's bordering on being patronizing. >__< But other than this, I'm adjusting to the climate quite well. Nothing too hard for me to handle and the best part of this job is I don't need to interact or deal with nasty, annoying customers. Indeed, this is like heaven to my ears! No more of that crappage to deal with.
Lastly, looking forward to the end of January. This new year has started off on such weird footing with so many pleasant (and maybe not-so-pleasant) surprises. However, the one sure thing I must do is set up a better schedule for myself. I totally need to make more time for all the other things in my life. Undeniably, sleep is a big issue. Getting a total of less than 25 hours of sleep for the past five days is a PROBLEM.
